On 30.07.2023, Society organised AGM cum picnic for the members along with family members. The AGM began with Jan Gan Man recitation. Thereafter Sh O S Siroya President welcomed all the members and their family members. Then all the members were requested to introduce themselves. Then Dr M K Somani, Secretary, presented brief account of the activities carried during the last year. Sh B S Yadav, Treasurer, presented the balance sheet of accounts of the society. Then Sh K L Jagetiya presented a lecture on the topic of INTRODUCTION TO OIL AND GAS (HYDROCARBONS) EXPLORATION. About 35 members of the society along with family members attended the event.
