Society celebrated world geologist day on 2nd April 2023 (being first Sunday of April) where about fifty geoscientists were present in the program. Shri BL Babel Sahab, Shri RL Munshi Sahab, Shri KP Aggarwal Sahab, Shri OS Siroya Sahab (President), Shri SC Aggarwal Sahab, Sahab being veteran Geoscientist were honored to be on the dais. The prominent geoscientists from Oil and Natural Gas Commission, Geological Survey of India, Indian Bureau of Mines, Directorate of Mines and Geology Department, Ground Water Department, Mineral Exploration Corporation, Atomic Mineral Division, Coal and Lignite, Tunneling, Fields of Geophysics, Director General Hydrocarbons, Government of India, University professors and consultants, mineral entrepreneurs, geoscientists etc. shared their experiences.
