The Geoscientists society of Rajasthan Udaipur arranged a picnic on 31 August 2025, at Milestone resort, near village Badi, in the lap of Aravali hills,
for its members and their spouses. Members started gathering around 10 AM. After arrival they were serve breakfast and tea coffee.
After that, two rounds of Housie was played. Housie masters were Shri Kanhaiya Lal Jagetiya and Shrimati Meena Sharma, supported by Mrs Savitri Jagetiya and Mrs Snehlata Somani. All the members enjoyed two rounds of Housie.
Mr. Dilip Bhadaktiya brought few games for all the members. Members enjoyed these games.
After that, all the members proceeded towards the swimming pool to enjoy swimming /playing in water. While some of the members jumped into swimming pool, others enjoyed watching them and played Antakshari. “Antakshari” was a great success, thanks to young ladies for efficiently organising it.
Members also enjoyed playing of mouthorgan by Mr VP Sharma. Hot Snacks were also served at pool side to all the members. After enjoying for about two hours around the swimming pool, lunch was served. After that group photo of all the members was arranged. At the end, plant saplings were distributed to all the members in remembrance of the picnic.
All the members dispersed joyfully with a promise to meet in the next such gathering in more numbers.
Everybody enjoy the picnic in his own way, such as playing housie, swimming in pool, singing, playing musical instrument, Antakshari, watching others, taking photographs of the activities and posting them in the WhatsApp group. Even some of the members from their comfort zones after watching the photographs in the WhatsApp group also messaged that the picnic was a grand success.

A big thanks to all the members for making this event a grand success.
Also, I forgot to thank the graceful ladies and lovely kids who participated and made the day joyful.
