AGM was held on 22.4.2022 with World Earth Day
Celebration. The following agenda items were taken in to
consideration
i. Presentation of the report of the society activities
for the period 2020-21 to 2021-2022.
ii. Presentation of the statement of accounts for the
period 2020-21 to 2021-2022
iii. Swearing in of new executive committee by the
Chief Guest Sh M L Lunawat (Mines owner
and industrialist) followed by his address.
iv. Presentation of Key speech by Shri Dilip Vyas, Ex.
Senior GM (Geology and Technical), GMDC,
Ahmedabad on the earth day.
The venue was Hotel Mukund Villas, Gulab
Bagh ???RMV Road, near Hariyali restaurant,
Udaipur.
The program and meeting were followed by dinner.
