WORLD EARTH DAY CELEBRATION

Geoscientist Society of Rajasthan celebrated “world Earth day” at Hotel Mukund vilas, near Gulab Baugh Udaipur 22.04.2024.
In the beginning Secretary, Dr. M K Somani gave a brief about the world earth day. This year???s theme is ???Planet v/s Plastic??? to reduce the production and use of plastic by 60% by year 2040.
After that Shri Dilip Bharkatiya (Ex-GM, ONGC) gave a presentation on “Sedimentary basins” which was well received by the members.
K L Jagetiya summed up the presentation and proposed vote of thanks for Shree D K Bharkatiya.
President Onkar Singh Siroya also addressed the gathering on this occasion presented a memento to Shree Bharkatiya.
Secretary, Dr. M K Somani conducted the programme.
